I tried inputting what you wrote in this comment but I got a prompt saying that my input wasn't tied to anything or something like that. The vault dweller corpse does not appear when I turn off collisions and head through the vault door. I'm having the same issue that you had in your second run-through. In the hallway there should be a vault dweller dead on the ground (original lone survivor) and a holotape on them, listen to it and you will be prompted to "report the kidnapping" which will fix the "getting a clue" quest where you can't talk to valentine.įor me, I also encountered a bug where the vault dweller didn't appear on my 2nd run through (most likely since I added a hundred other mods and destroyed my esp), so I used cc to get the dweller code (it gives 2 codes, I used the first one), aceatme, killed him (yeah I play a male character, sue me) and took the holotape off his dead body, and everything went as planned from there.
